Creating texture mapping along with rotation

Hi there, I am looking for someone to assist with creating texture mapping along with rotation for a 3D model. The 3D modeling software I will be using is jgrasp and the final output should contain all the required files which can be readily executable. Specifically, I am looking to be able to rotate the model. If this sounds like a project you are well-versed in, please let me know as soon as possible!
