Creating 3D model in Blender or similar tools for landing page

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a 3D character model for my landing page using Blender or a similar tool.You can look at example attached below. I'm especially interested in similar colors as on example. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating character models and be proficient in Blender or a similar software.

Requirements:
- Create a 3D character model for the landing page
- The character should be medium complexity
- Animation for the 3D model is not required, but it may be needed in the future
- Must be able to deliver high-quality, detailed 3D models
- Good understanding of design principles and ability to create visually appealing characters
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with the team
