I'm looking for a metaverse developer to help me develop a 3D metaverse community and game using C4D and UNREAL ENGINE. Concept will be revealed to the selected developer

● The platform should have a Native token on the blockchain with which users can purchase all the entities in the Market, Exchange items with other players and enter the game
● Users can buy this Token in any of the available marketplaces like Opensea, Binance, so on
● Apart from listed marketplaces, users can also avail of this token through Airdrops, Reward programs and contests
Usage
● To Purchase LAND, ASSETs, GEMs, CATALYSTs
● To do Avatar customizations
● To participate in Governance
● To upload Arts creations
● For Staking
● To Play few Games and earn rewards
● To hire game designers and artists to collaborate on projects or to design ASSETs

Token Benefit Fee Structure
● 5% transaction fee is applied for all kind of transactions using token
● 50% of this fee will be sent to the Foundation Fund and the other 50% to the Staking Pool

LAND - Used to purchase Properties (ERC721)
ESTATE - Properties can be merged and ESTATE is purchased
CATALYST - Used for special characteristic in the Game (ERC20)

Usage

Process of Purchasing a LAND in metaverse

● Click on any available LAND
> GREY GREY color indicates regular LANDs
> YELLOW YELLOW color indicated Premium LANDs

> PURPLE indicates that the LAND is Booked until the transaction confirmation
> RED indicates that the LAND is purchased
STAKING
● Users can Stake Tokens in order to keep up some liquidity in the pool
