Creating 3d head fitting in Blender

Looking for a freelancer to work with us to create 3d head fitting in a blender software with FaceBuilder library for our project. We will provide the freelancer the photos of people and you are required to create 3d head fitting and return to us the mesh of the head. We need the mesh size identical to the head size meaning, for example, the distance point from the left eye to the right eye in the mesh should be exactly the same as the real head.
