Creating Fusion 360 Project File out of STLs, and merging them into one body.

I have 2 STL files that need to be converted into solid bodies, then combined into one body for 3d printing.
The business card holder needs to be merged into the feet of the bear.
Bear needs to be 150mm tall.
Need one file with Business card holder that has 95mm opening for business cards, and another with card holder that can accommodate a 75mm opening.
Business card holder needs to be extruded forward enough to have Bearco logo embedded in it.
I would like a Fusion 360 project file that has both all bodies merged into one file ready for exporting to STL, and bodies that are separate for editing.
