Create some 3D sketches for a 3D printing project

I am looking for a skilled 3D designer to create some 3D sketches for my prototyping project. Specifically, I need an architectural model designed. I have a general idea of what I want, but I am open to suggestions. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in 3D design and be able to create accurate and detailed sketches. Additionally, experience with 3D printing would be a plus, as these drawings will be used to create 3D printed model later.
The first scetches will be very simple, so please give first initial bid for some basic simple 3D drawings/models.
