Create simple building render

I am looking for a freelancer to create a simple building render for a residential project. The front facade is a replica of a very famous building (3 stories from 1920), while the apartment at the back has no specific design preferences (roughly 5 stories). The level of detail required in the rendering is basic. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating simple building renders, with a portfolio showcasing their previous works. Knowledge in 3D modeling software and architectural design is a plus.
