Create semi-low poly 3D Alien models in Blender

The 3D models have to be based off a design I will provide, I have the concept design for the head but you will need to be able to complete the rest and to make 3D models, I need semi-low poly models with low-mid level complexity , nothing too fancy, but we have to be able to recognize the concept alien head included image, Looking for simple and quick solution.
