Create 3d printed rechargeable glowstick base with flashing LED

Looking to replace the base of my Clubbericse glowsticks with something re-chargeable (ideally usb-c) to save replacing with LR batteries every few months.

Requires plastic housing as well (3d printing)

Needs to be an exact replacement so that I can screw on the existing cover so nobody will notice.

Potential re-sale value as well if that is of interest to you to pursue .

Can provide working and not-working glowsticks for measuring.

Have never done anything before but would love to be a bit more sustainable and not have to replace my batteries so often. The glowsticks are flimsy and break easily. Happy to answer questions to see what can be done.

For context the class is one of my hyperfixations/keeps me sane so this is why I haven't considered any existing products. I'm trying to solve the problem without anyone noticing and don’t have access to the required materials or skills.

I have no idea how much this should cost so please don’t be offended as I've tried to best explain the circumstances. Possibly a student/hobby-ist project on that basis.
