Create 3d model of worm and rig

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a cartoonish 3D model of a worm for an animation project. The model should be rigged for animation and provided in OBJ file format or fbx format final export. Sending reference image, need similar look, but head on top of the body not a back side like reference image. Its urgent. than need two animation eating leaf and hit mode head shaking.Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya or Blender
- Experience in character modeling and rigging
- Ability to create a cartoonish style
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications provided.
