Create 3D model of a simple square house in Google SketchUp
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m looking to buy a brick house, the exterior walls are ok but internally the floors have rotten and ceilings collapsed. I would like to ask a builder to quote for installing a steel frame inside allowing all interior walls to be removed. I need a basic 3D model that I can send to a builder to get a rough figure for the work.
I have ground floor and 1st floor layout plan and most internal measurements and can send a link to google street view so you can see what it actually looks like in reality.
I would like a 3D model of how it is now using my layout plans, and a second model with all internal walls deleted and a steel frame (RSJ’s) installed as per my 2D design.
