Create 3D model of an outdoor stage

Hello, i am looking for a 3D designer to create a 3D model of an outdoor stage for a concert to send for manufacturing and use in an animation: the stage would be 80 meters long x 20 high. I attach previous images of the idea of how it would be the stage.
Once the modeling has been done, this must be animated.
