Create 3D model of house plans

I would like a 3d model based on preexisting plans. The house has 5 rooms on the first floor and a porch and 5 rooms in the basement.

I would like furniture to be added with best practice in the open rooms and creative liberties taken with color and design choices.

Budget: $40

Timeline: 1 week

I will provide:

- Current images from the property

- Furniture that must be incorporated into interior design
