Create a 3D model of a bridge

Hello,
I need a 3D model of a bridge.
This is a real bridge, the reference can be seen on Google Maps at

Please check the photos attached, the areas to be modeled are marked with purple color.
The level of details needs to be slightly higher than low-poly, i.e. no need to model every brick, it is ok to use a plane with bump map.
The model should be textured, but the textures don't need to be 100% precise, if it is looking visually close to the photo from Google Maps, then it is fine.
File formats: FBX, Maya (.ma, .mb), Blender
