Create and develop BIM models using Autodesk Revit

I am in need of a freelancer who can create and develop BIM models using Autodesk Revit. The project will involve both creating new models from scratch and updating existing ones for residential structures. The ideal candidate should have experience in using Autodesk Revit and be familiar with the latest industry standards. The expected level of detail for the BIM models is yet to be determined.
