Create a colored home renduring, from construction elevation drawing

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a home elevation rendering, see attched for my stick construction drawing and create a colored 2d maybe 3d if possible, This is the exact home I need done, and the color template is attached as well. The ideal freelancer will have experience in rendering traditional style homes and be able to incorporate my specific materials and color preferences. Attention to detail is key for this project.
