Create 3D cartoon models using Blender

For this project, I need detailed 3D cartoon stylized characters with life jackets on them and a cartoon shark. Need these two assets rigged. I am in need of a fueling station, housing development, modern apartments, convenience store, and cars modeled as well. Small props such as fire hydrants, trees, bushes, stop signs, fences, mailboxes, boxes, chests, and cable posts will be needed as well. Photos will be delivered upon hire.
