Create a Voronoi Wireframe from solid 3D model

I would like to create a Voronoio wireframe from a solid 3D model to replicate the Michelin tyre attached in this description. I have also attached the STL and STEP file depending on which modelling software is required. I would like the wireframe to be as dense as possible (similar to the pattern.jpg attached)
