Create a Virtual office similar to a game, built in 'Unreal'

It would be one large office, that I can host meetings in, multiple people can come and meet in the office. So it would be similar to a game, where multiple people can meet me in it. I could host meetings, by sending a link to other people. We can talk to each other, walk around, sit at the conference desk, and would need to integrate zoom as well, so we could also host zoom meetings. It wont be bigger than the one office room.

I would like to create multiple offices different scenes, but all similar functionality.
