Create STL files from truck for 3d Printing

I want a STL file from my truck. With your file I will be able to print a model with my 3D printer.
It should be print in place. Whells should be turning. And if it is possible it should be one part.
Alternative in a few parts, like tires and frame and cabin etc. If in more parts it must be easy to assemble.
I attach a picture. This is the truck. So I don't need the exact details, but it have to looks like 80-90% similar.
I will use this for my own private purpose. So the budget is a bit short :-)
