Create a STEP and an STL file from a detailed close up photo

I am looking for a freelancer to create a STEP and an STL file from a detailed close-up photo of a guitar switch tip (less than 5 cm). The object's symmetry is unclear to me, so I need someone who can work with both symmetrical and asymmetrical objects. I require a high level of detail in the 3D model, so the ideal candidate should have experience in creating detailed 3D models.
The switch tip needs to slot onto a switch selector blade that is 1.3mm x 5mm. The switch tip also needs a set screw that can be tightened with an allen key so the tip doesn't fall off (as shown in the photo).
