Create a Metaverse Office space for unreal

I need a metaverse office space created that works in VR and works in Unreal Engine

The office should be large 2 levels
Floor to ceiling glass surrounding 3 sides
Outdoor deck
Helicopter pad

It should be really cool metaverse style, lots of colors, with low poly count so it can be played with Oculus. Be really fun to look at etc...
