Create 3D Game Assets From Concept Art

Need someone to create several pirate ships. Each one needs to be identical in shape. However I need 10 different style of sails, 10 different styles of cannons, 10 different hulls, 10 different anchors. When I say l "different" I mean I want them to be able to fit any hull, just make them look like a different style. I need each part created separate. So basically there are 4 objects, sails, ship hulls, anchors, and weapons. All parts should be interchangeable. So I should be able to take all 10 of each object and create 10*10*10*10= 10,000 unique ships. If you are able to do this I want to create this same concept again on a few different style of pirate ships. Plus more! We want the ships to look at realistic as possible with high quality textures. I have attached some concept art. However we don't want to keep the cartoon look of the concept art, just the shapes and concepts.
