Create Full Commercial Space Drawings

I need a complete, build-ready drawing package for a new commercial space and have no pre-existing blueprints or CAD files, so you will be working from a blank canvas. After I share the square footage, functional requirements, and any branding guidelines, I’ll rely on you to translate that information into a coordinated set of architectural documents that a contractor can price and submit for permit.

The core deliverables I expect are:
• Dimensioned floor plan(s) showing walls, doors, fixtures, and key clearances
• Interior and exterior elevations with materials notations
• A basic electrical / lighting layout tied back to panel schedules
• Final PDF sheets plus the editable CAD source files (DWG or Revit)

Accuracy to local code is critical; if something is unclear, flag it early so we can resolve it before drafting too far ahead. Two rounds of revisions should be included to fine-tune layout, circulation, and any MEP adjustments revealed during coordination.
