Create a Cartoon Using Blender/other software - Animal Crossing Themed Fountain Scene

I am looking for a skilled 3D animator to create approx. 5-7 minute cartoon using Blender. The animation should be inspired by the Animal Crossing game and focus on a scene involving a fountain and animal characters interacting around it.

Project Details:

• Scene: A vibrant and lively fountain area where various animal characters from the Animal Crossing universe gather, interact, and engage in playful activities.
• Duration: Approximately 5 minutes
