Create 3D Cartoon Style Rooms on Blender or 3D MAX

We are 3D cartoon style creating rooms to be displayed in a browser. An example of what we are trying to create can be found at giftgiving.gucci.com/ You will notice three rooms as you swipe left and right. We are creating a similar app with different content. You would need to create a circle with three rooms separated by 120° walls. (See attached file). We will need three separate rooms deigned in a low-poly cartoon-style (think Gucci app).

Here are some of the requirements;

- Native Format: .blend
- Low poly in cartoon design for browser integration
- No rendering required
- No baked textures
- Only one model for 3 rooms according to the basic layout
- Colors and textures must be applied
- transparent Background
- In case textures are in use, files must be provided
- Objects, groups and containers must be named with the function

The picture of the Airbnb conference room would be one of the first rooms you would need to design into a cartoon-style room like the Gucci example.

Please don't ask us about the budget for the project--give us a quote for each of the three rooms. Looking forward to hearing from qualified 3D artists. Project need to start very soon. Thanks for considering our gig.
