Create CAD Model for Simple Trophy

I need a small trophy modeled in a CAD software so I can 3D print it. The trophy should have an attractive base, and a model of a satellite with running legs (see picture). The flat base should be about 4w x 2d inches, and I expect the model to be around 7" tall.

Final product should be a high poly count .stl file type. A .obj file would be a nice bonus.
