Create Basic BIM Model of a Water Reservoir
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a professional to create a basic BIM model from a photogrammetry point cloud.
Key Requirements:
- The BIM model should be at an intermediate level of detail (LOD 300).
- The model needs to include the main structure, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) elements.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in creating BIM models from point clouds/mesh models.
- Strong understanding and ability to incorporate MEP elements into a BIM model.
Provided Inputs:
- LAZ point cloud (some noise)
- FBX mesh
Require IFC output ASAP
