Create Accurate Simplified 3D Model of School

I want you to create a 3D model of this school. In the link below you will find 360 views of 2 angles of the school. Attached you will find a map of the school.

I want you to analyse the map and the 2 drone shots to create a 3D model of the school.

Details about the 3D model:
- It shoud be in obj format
- don't include any ugly objects like tanks or construction.
- Don't inlclude any mud or water seen in the drone footage. Ground should be concrete path or grass
- have every building on map (in the shape of the ones seen in the drone footage)
- Keep it simple. The buildings don't need to be highly detailed
- You don't need to label any buildings

I have included labels on the drone footage to help you know how the map relates to the drone footage.

Attached is an example of another 3D model. If you can make it similar or better than that, I will be happy.
