Converting topographical map DWG file into SketchUP 3D model

I have a topographical map with contour lines. It is a DWG file. It needs to be converted into skp SketchUp file, in which land surface will be 3D surface. The topographical map covers the area of 1500 square meters. The contour lines are every 20 centimeters.
