Convert 2 d photos to 3d images

I am looking for someone to create 3D images from 2D photos for use on a website. I do not have any specific dimensions or file formats required for the 3D images and I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. There are more than 10 2D photos that need to be converted to 3D images. If you have experience creating 3D images in different applications and software, then I would be very interested in hearing from you!
