Convert old house drawings to 3D Sketchup model

I would like to have someone recreate the attached drawings in Sketchup then provide me with the Sketchup files so I can modify and edit. I would like the drawings to be split into useful layers in Sketchup (basement, main floor, roof, interior walls, exterior walls, etc. so I can easily modify and add to the drawing afterward.
