Convert 2D to 3D model exterior using Autodesk Revit

I have 2D plans and photos of a house that I need converted to a 3D model in Revit. with the correct exterior material as per photos attached and door and window locations. This project is for exterior only.

Deliverable is Revit 2021 file or earlier.
