Convert Sketchup Project to 3ds Max

My project goal is to convert a Sketchup project (.skp) file into a 3ds Max project. I do not need the 3ds Max model to be rendered and no animations or effects are required. I have a specific .skp file I need converted and am looking to have an experienced 3D illustrator able to transfer this Sketchup project successfully to a 3ds Max file format. This project will require intricate attention to detail throughout the transfer process as well as a thorough understanding of both Sketchup and 3ds Max software programs.
