Convert STEP 3D File to 2D DWG

I need to convert a STEP 3D file into a 2D DWG file. The 2D file should contain three views: the front view, side view, and top view. Before conversion, some minor modifications need to be made to the 3D model, specifically adjusting dimensions and modifying shapes. The final 2D DWG file should not contain any annotations or labels.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience with 3D to 2D conversion
- Ability to modify 3D models
- Attention to detail

Minor changes:
1. Rotate one element 180° at 3D drawing (upper manifold)
2. Convert 3D model to 2D drawing with three views
3. And the dimensions

At the end I need:
- 3D drawing with minor changes,
- 2D drawing with minor changes, dimensions in DWG format,
- 2D drawing with minor changes, dimensions in vector format to be readable by Adobe Illustrator or similar (PDF vector, SVG vector or similar).
