Convert PDF House Plan into Editable 3D Model in Home Designer Pro 2025

I’m looking for someone skilled to convert a PDF house plan into a fully editable 3D model compatible with Home Designer Pro 2025. The output must be saved in a format (.plan) that I can open and work with directly in Home Designer Pro for further customisation.

Project Requirements:
* Convert supplied PDF house plans into a 3D model in a style to be provided
* File must be fully editable and viewable in Home Designer Pro 2025 (end product needs to be in .plan format)
* Include future extension as an option that will be provided
* Include accurate landscaping based on the survey details in the plan
* Add lighting/electrical layout that can be toggled/viewed in the program
* Include a furniture layout
* Provide multiple external and internal colour scheme options as per the colour combinations that can be provided (e.g., paint, cladding, flooring, cabinetry)
* Any assumptions or additions must comply with Western Australian building standards

Deliverables:
