Convert Image To 3D STP Format

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert an image to a 3D STP format for 3D printing. The intended use of the model is for 3D printing purposes. I have exact measurements for the model that need to be adhered to. In addition, I require additional features to be included in the 3D model. The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D modeling and be proficient in using software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD. They should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce a high-quality 3D model that accurately reflects the image provided.
