Convert Floor Plans to 3d model
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have five separate house plans, each with two levels, already professionally drafted in 2-D. Your job is to turn those drawings into clean 3-D geometry—just walls, floors, and stairs where they appear—without diving into furniture, fixtures, UV mapping, or textures. Accuracy to the provided drawings is key, but the scope stays light: no extra detailing beyond what is shown.
Deliverables
• One FBX file per floor (ten files total). If you prefer OBJ, that’s acceptable but less ideal.
• Each file should open error-free in standard tools .
• Naming convention: House##-Level#.fbx (I’ll confirm exact names once we start).
What I’ll supply
• The 2-D floor plans (PDF/DWG) for all five homes.
• A short guideline sheet covering wall heights, slab thickness, and any minor conventions to follow.
Acceptance
I’ll review each model for dimensional fidelity and file integrity. If everything lines up with the floor plans and loads cleanly, the milestone is approved.
