Convert Excel House Design to SketchUp

I have a two-story house design on Excel that I need converted into 2D / 3D model on SketchUp. The model only needs the basic structure; I plan to add details myself later using the free or low-cost SketchUp house design software.

Requirements:
- 2D plans and 3D model in SketchUp
- 3D model should include only the basic structure

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Experience with architectural design and converting Excel layouts
