Convert a DICOM CT Scan to a .STL Object

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert a DICOM CT scan to a .STL object using. The .STL object will be used for 3D printing purposes. Resolution should be good enough to not lost any visible details. Mesh should be clean enough to avoid printing problemas.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in using software to convert CT Scans to mesh (3D Slicer, Invesalious, etc)
- Experience in converting DICOM CT scans to .STL objects.
- Experience in Blender or simillar software to cleanup a Mesh
- Knowledge of 3D printing processes and requirements
