We hereby invite qualified service providers to submit their proposals for our latest project. Currently in the design phase, we are closely collaborating with our client to realize their vision. The aim is to provide the client with a clearer understanding of the final design through high-quality 3D visualizations.
2D to 3D Conversion in Design Phase: Convert existing 2D floor plans into preliminary 3D architectural models that will serve as a basis for discussions with the client. These models should be flexible and adaptable to incorporate changes in the design.
Revision After Client Feedback: Following the presentation of the draft and collection of client feedback, a revision of the 3D model is required. This should involve creating a final, detailed version of the design.
Interior and Exterior Design: Design the interior and exterior in a modern, preferably photorealistic style. Special emphasis should be placed on the representation of light, texture, and spatial feeling.
Long-Term Collaboration and Team Development:
We are interested in a long-term collaboration. Should this initial project be successfully implemented, we plan to regularly undertake further projects with the selected service provider. Our goal is to build a strong team that develops innovative and creative solutions for future projects.
