Contemporary G+2 Vastu House Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have the site dimensions in hand and a clear brief for a three-storey (G+2) individual home that must pass local authority scrutiny. The concept is contemporary, yet every floor plan has to respect key Vastu concerns—the entrance orientation, kitchen placement and bedroom positioning are non-negotiable.
Layout requirements
• Ground floor: covered car parking plus a compact one-bedroom unit.
• First & second floors: identical two-bedroom apartments, each bedroom served by its own attached bathroom.
What I need from you
1. Concept sketches that balance a fresh, contemporary look with the stated Vastu priorities.
2. Detailed architectural drawings ready for municipal submission, including floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules and a Vastu compliance note.
3. A coordinated set of structural and MEP drawings (you may lead these disciplines or work with my consultants).
4. 3D exterior views that clearly communicate the façade for stakeholder approval.
5. A revision cycle until the local building office accepts the plans.
Drawings should be delivered in DWG and PDF formats; any modelling can be in SketchUp, Revit or a tool you prefer. Please confirm that you hold a valid architectural licence and cite one or two comparable residential projects—especially those designed around Vastu constraints. If you can outline your anticipated turnaround time for each stage, that will help me lock in the rest of the project schedule.
