Concrete Cuber System Design
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I need a concrete-block-industry engineer who can take full ownership of the design and development of a new cuber system. My plant already runs standard block-making lines; what I’m missing is an efficient, reliable cuber that can pick, stack, and stage finished blocks for downstream wrapping and shipping.
Scope
• Analyse my current production flow and space constraints (layout drawings and photos provided once we start).
• Produce a complete mechanical design for the cuber system—including pallet conveyor interface, pick-and-place mechanism, stacking pattern logic, and safety guarding.
• Deliver detailed CAD models, assembly drawings, and a bill of materials ready for procurement and fabrication.
• Recommend servo/PLC hardware and control architecture that can integrate with our existing line.
• Provide a concise commissioning guide so my in-house team can build and fine-tune the unit.
Key points
• Focus is strictly on the cuber; elevator or lowerator details are not required at this stage.
• Design must keep up with a cycle time of 12–15 seconds per pallet.
• I’m looking for proven experience in concrete block machinery—please share any relevant references or photos.
• Timeline: ASAP; I will review concepts immediately and move to final drawings without delay.
If you have the right expertise and can start right away, let’s talk.
