Conceptual Elevation Designs for Single-Family Homes
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need two concept front elevations—one for a two-story and another for a three-story single-family home—both rendered in a classic Traditional style. I’ll share reference photos and samples to guide the style.
The focus at this stage is creativity and cost-effectiveness rather than complete engineering precision, but the elevations should read believably to a builder or city reviewer. Good, open communication is essential; I’d like to talk through early sketches, revise quickly, and keep the process moving.

Deliverables for each house:
