Concept Designer for Innovative Craft Tool

As I'm developing a new handheld tool for fine art and craft applications, I need a creative, technically-minded concept designer. This tool has heat-based functionality, interchangeable components, and ergonomic features meant for precision work.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Produce basic sketches based on verbal descriptions
- Help visualize the external design, the basic internal layout, and interfaces for interchangeable parts
- Suggest appropriate materials and help ensure the design is feasible for prototyping
Ideal candidates for this project should:
- Have experience in product design, particularly for handheld tools
- Be creative and able to visualize complex concepts
- Have a good understanding of ergonomic design
- Be able to suggest suitable materials from Metal, Plastic, and Composite materials
- Have an understanding of the arts & craft industry
