Comprehensive Revit House Model Creation
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
There is an incomplete Revit model without window type and stairs, etc., the following are needed to add in:
Model: Revit 2022
1. Second floor exterior vinyl siding
2. Garage door (just pick a common style)
3. Roof shingle
4. Doors and windows including the sides of windows on front elevation
5. Chimney (photo and dimensions provided)
6. Stairs including the one to basement, including railing. Fix the stairs already in the model to second floor
7. Fix front ground floor roof, use 250mm overhang, Add rear ground floor roof
8. Add roof facia and Gutter
All the above elements must be set up in family and type in Revit and reusable.

1. Set up drawings (basement, ground, second and roof plan, 4 elevations, two sections -one at stairs and one from front to rear) and use 36”x24” title block
