Comprehensive Masterplan for Kid-Friendly Resort
Budget: $500 – $3,200 USD
I'm looking for an experienced and efficient architect or planner who can design a well-researched, detailed plan for a hotel complex dedicated to both adult and child activities. The main focus is on children's activities, however, the exterior facilities should also accommodate adults.
The project includes 3 stages and please quote them as follows:
a. research and documentation of all areas, elements, playgrounds, sport fields, etc.
b. 2D master plan of all areas (black and white with dimensions and coloured without dimension) (*we have a total area of approximately 107.000 sqm with buildings included that are not more of 10.000 sqm)
c. 3D master plan with renders/photorealistic images and videos of each area
Each of these 3 phases consist in one major milestone. We can have intermediate milestones for each area.
Child-friendly facilities include:
1. An indoor and outdoor playground
2. Outdoor car* route for traffic education (*we will not use actual cars but small electric vehicles for kids)
3. Outdoor adventure park
4. Creative workshops cabanas/pergolas
5. Zoo and botanical garden
6. Gazebos/pavilions with barbeque/summer kitchen designed to be used for parties both kids and adults
7. Mini-golf tracks
8. 4 tennis courts
9. Karting racing track
10. ATV and motocross dirt track
11. Outdoor and indoor swimming pools
12. 2 padel courts
13. Outdoor cinema/amphitheatre
14. 4 Ping-Pong tables
15. Soccer field
16. Events centre
17. Aqua park
18. A lot of relaxation areas (hammocks, gazebos, benches, outdoor pillow seatings, etc.)
19. Parking lots and drive through alleys
20. Bar/terrace for drinks and relaxation
21. Campfire area
For adults, we envisage:
- Spa and wellness center
- Fitness center
- Restaurant and bar
- Artificial salt room
- Kinetic and physio therapy
The desired architectural style is modern. Therefore, you must have the ability to merge functionality and modern design. Your proposal should reflect an understanding of the specific requirements and your ability to deliver a comprehensive master plan suitable for our unique needs. Experience in designing similar projects would be highly beneficial.

Important notes!
- all the garden should be "instagramable". Everywhere you place yourself in the garden, should be a great place to take a picture and place it on social media
- we want to have and include in our garden special kind of elements. We need someone that will focus on details and provide us with a spectacular garden.
- the alleys in the complex should be easy to use also for walking, cycling, pedal karting, running. (*as i wrote earlier, it's important for us to be able to have educational courses for kids regarding traffic signs, road education, safe and defensive road walking/driving so, we can use these alleys to do that and make the alleys be the car route for traffic education with traffic stops and traffic signs and painted roads (see the legoland track in Germany - it has this kind of activity for kids)
