I already finalized ALL room sizes and layout.
Freelancer should NOT redesign — only convert into professional drawings.

Building:

- 1st Floor: 3BHK (Owner)
- 2nd Floor: 3 rental units
- Penthouse: 1BHK + 1 room


IMPORTANT:

- I already completed full planning (layout, sizes, vastu, electrical, plumbing, structural guidelines)
- Freelancer should NOT redesign
- Only convert into AutoCAD + 3D drawings

SCOPE:

- Floor plans (exact dimensions)
- Column + beam layout (basic)
- Electrical layout (points)
- Plumbing + drainage layout
- Simple modern elevation design
- 3D elevation images


DELIVERABLES:

- DWG (AutoCAD file)
- PDF drawings
- 3D images

- I will share complete detailed file after agreement
- Must strictly follow given plan
