Comprehensive Car Shop Floor Plans

I need highly detailed and accurate floor plans for my car shop. The shop is large, spanning 1500 sq.ft so ability in designing for larger spaces is important. Please include clear representation of the following areas:

- Customer waiting area
- Workshop area
- Sales and display area

Proficiency in commercial interior architecture and a strong understanding of functional design are essential for this project. Past experience and a portfolio with similar projects will be highly valued. Please be able to provide correct measurements and propose solutions based on spacial considerations if necessary. Sketching out the floor plans in a way that efficiently utilizes the space will be your main task. An eye for detail is highly desirable.

preference is a metal building
ie: structural stud building with a 30x20 office/waiting area
include basic restroom 8x8 space

rest of the space is basically garage use

height of building inside 12ft overall building height no more than 16ft

I would like the roof and exterior siding to be metal
not sure if a type of building like the one on picture could be modified to meet occupancy criteria for commercial use instead of like "garage only"
