- Material specifications and estimated cost breakdown
Bonus skills: Structural and electrical layout designs would be a plus. The project is expected to start within 2–3 weeks, with the design and planning phase completed in 1 to 1.5 months. The budget for this phase is $800–$1,200, while the overall project budget may go up to $10,000 or more depending on the scope.
